Webigo has created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Webigo believes that concern for everyone's privacy is a basis for sound business practices within direct marketing, and other similar arenas.

Therefore, the Customer agrees that Webigo shall not be responsible or liable for any damage that the Customer, or any other person, may suffer in connection with the communication of private, confidential, or sensitive information using Webigo services.

While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining the Associate's information

Sensitive information such as your account balance, referral earnings, and personal information, is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page or inside the members area, the lock icon at the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked or open, when you are just surfing.
